## Narrative

When pounding pin with sledge hammer, ee felt pop, burning and pain in elbow. Pain increased over weekend, ee thought this was related to 04/12/12 industrial injury, so he saw Dr. MRI identified triceps tendon rupture, determined a new injury on 09/26/2012.  Lost time, surgical repair required.
