## Narrative

A haul truck driver parked the truck on a mound of dirt that left the front of the truck unusually high.  The operator experienced knee pain after making the long step to the ground.  Due to a medical procedure and a diagnosis received on 9/25/12 this incident now meets the criteria for reporting.
