Narrative

As Employee was attempting to pull a loose piece of rock off the top, several pieces of rock fell striking Employee on the head. The largest piece of rock was approximately 9.5"" x 6"" x 1'. Employee complained of neck pain and was transported outside and taken by EMS to CAMC General Division for further evaluation. All xrays and scans were negative.
