## Narrative

Employee was roof bolting on long wall face, dropped steels from roof the steels got stuck causing a bind causing the drill mast to jump. Put hand on steels while trying to remove steels, they jumped pinching fingers between mast and steel. PPE was not a factor, compliance rules/regs could have been a factor, mining equipment was a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
