An unintentional roof fall occurred at the New Future Mine 4W Headgate Entry #1, 6400 W, Crosscut 46. The fall was approximately 20 feet in length, approximately 18 feet in width and of undetermined thickness. The fall did not affect ventilation or passage of workers. The fall will be cleaned up.
