Narrative

Employee was trying to clean off the top of a belt sequence sensor while the belt was in operation. The top roller caught his finger and pulled the tip of his finger between the sensor and the top roller causing a laceration that required stitches. The cut finger was on the right hand and between the thumb and middle finger.
