## Narrative

Employee was removing a bent roof bolt out of mine roof. The employee reached back to drop drill head and moved the joystick for drill rotation. Bent roof bolt spun striking employee in left wrist. PPE was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was a factor, mining equipment/system was a factor, miner concentration was a factor.
