## Narrative

Employee had clocked out to go home.  Leaving plant driving a scooter.  Still on plant roadway--near parking lot. Lost control on a curve due to sand and dust on smooth road.  It had been windy and material had accumulated. Employee tipped scooter over, fell and fractured thumb on left hand. This was originally assumed it was not work related. Comp found it to be work related.
