Narrative

Miner was pulling removing rub board from 125 miner operator side. He was in the process of putting rub on top of miner. Rub board was placed on bolt sticking up and it flipped over and pinched miner' s right thumb causing a laceration. This required stitches. He missed following shift due to sleep deprivation per MD.
