## Narrative

Employee was helping to load a truck to demobilize from a job site. A 4'x8' sheet of 3/8"" plywood  was placed on the ground near the truck that was being loaded. A gust of wind came through work area picking up plywood and striking employee in chin area causing a laceration. Wound required sutures to close.
