## Narrative

Employee was lifting his tool bag out of his tool box when he felt something in his right shoulder pull or tear.  Employee came out of the mine and was transported to the Doctors office.  He was later diagnosed with a torn rotator cuff.  Employee continued to work until 10/22/2012 when he went off for surgery.
