Narrative

Furnace attendant was pulling a washdown hose that was coiled up on the north end of the dribble belts. He was pulling the hose down the walkway to hose out the 1B feeder. As he was pulling the hose out of the mud the hose became tangled. The employee then pulled and resulting in left shoulder pain
