Narrative

Individual was letting down cable. As he released the rope cable hanger, it caught on the cable and swung upward. The hook on the cable hanger caught his nose and caused a laceration. Individual was treated by the Emergency Room Doctor and received four ""Sutures"". Individual was released to work with no restrictions.
