Narrative

Loader was stepping onto the top walkway of a Covered Hopper car. While stepping onto the higher front entry step of the car he tripped and fell forward onto the top of the car on his left side requiring initial first aid. He continued working. A later diagnostic test has resulted in a referral today to an Orthopedic to provide medical treatment for a left shoulder strain.
