## Narrative

The employee stated that he and two other employees were pulling a 2"" waterline with the scoop.  They were utilizing a 1/4"" cable to pull the waterline and the cable broke and recoiled back striking the employee.  When the cable struck the employee, he fell into the belt structure striking his chin and received 7 stitches from the injury.
