Narrative

Employee was stepping over a raised 10"" pipe on the dredge. The employee did not see that there was a small (3"") pipe laying on the ground on the other side of the 10"" pipe. When he moved his left leg over the 10"" pipe his foot came down on the smaller pipe causing him to roll his ankle.
