## Narrative

The injured employee was removing material from the third floor of the Prep plant, a protrusion from a piece of steel he was lowering to the ground caught his jacket and pulled him between the bars out of the hoist entryway, to the ground below. He was transported to Deaconess Hospital with injuries to his right ankle and heel.
