## Narrative

During the weekly shaft inspection of the production hoist power was lost to the mine at approximately 4:45 AM. An off-site power line was knocked down during a storm resulting in the mine losing power. Two Miners were in the shaft performing the inspection during the outage. The local power company restored power at 8:30 AM and the miners safely exited the mine with no injuries.
