## Narrative

Employee was unloading new rail ties from flat. as he rolled the top tie to the edge of flat, it caught the edge of the tie under it, causing it to flip & land on top of his fingers. went to medic. we took to ER. x-rays confirmed fracture in finger tips #3 & #4 - right hand. restrictions were issued.
