Narrative

Employee was helping move a cylinder from along the side of the feeder located in the bottom of the production shaft and he had his hand on the end of the cylinder and another employee pushed the cylinder catching employee's hand between the cyl. and frame of feeder causing a crushing injury to the end of his little finger on right hand.
