Narrative

Employee was cutting metal shipping band around a bundle of bacon straps with metal cutting snips. Band broke loose and struck right arm. PPE was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, mining equipment/systems was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
