Narrative

Employee walked up to the #8 entry (#6 Unit) and knelt down to check on the roof bolter operators. He was preparing to hang a curtain in the entry, when a piece of gob fell out striking him on the forehead and right wrist. He was taken to the local hospital and had to have 7 stitches for the cut on the head.
