## Narrative

Employee was stacking belt structure in supply yard, there was a ram jack that was entangled in structure when trying to remove the ram jack out shoulder popped. PPE was not a factor, mining equip/system was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor. This miner missed work for this injury as of 11/18/2012. Lost Time Injury.
