## Narrative

Employee was stepping over the dragline trail cable while setting cones when the cable suddenly moved sweeping IE off of his feet.  Employee felt pain in his lower right leg.  Employee was taken to CCMH where an x-ray revealed a fracture to the tibula/fibula above the right ankle
