A fall of roof occurred in the 3rd Right Panel off the Northeast Mains at crosscut # 43 Entry # 8. The fall measured approximately 40 feet in length x 20 feet wide x 8-10 feet thick. The area was supported with 5 foot fully grouted roof bolts.
