## Narrative

Employee was standing on rebar grid and was tying rebar. He was bent over and his right foot slipped off of the rebar that he was standing on. As his right foot (heal) slipped off he hyper-extended his right knee. He said he felt immediate pain and discomfort but not enough to stop working. Later in the afternoon after standing on it he became sore and stiff.
