Employee was loading supplies for the bolter when a rock fell startling employee. He stumbled over supplies and fell, he tried to  extended his arm trying to catch himself and felt crack or pop.  Employee was taken to Good Samaritan, sustaining a fracture that has to be surgically repaired and will remain off work for an uncertain period of time.
