## Narrative

The dozer operator entered onto the clean coal stockpile in preparation to push coal to the number 325 feeder to load a train.  The stockpile had a void over the feeder and the d-9 dozer that he was operating slid sideways into the void.  The operator struck his head inside of the cab, this injury resulted in 4 staples on his head.
