Narrative

EE climbed down inside the Finish Mill #1 Cement Coolor to remove six nuts from a coupling using a slug wrench and a 10 lb. sledge hammer. As he swung the hammer to remove the sixth nut, he completely missed the slug wrench and impacted his left hand on the cooler's infrastructure injuring his left hand' s pinky and ring finger between the hammer handle and the cooler.
