## Narrative

EE was preparing to retrieve a material sample at mill and stepped on an unseen mill ball causing him to lose his balance. He caught himself without falling but reported feeling back and knee strain in doing so. EE was sent to the company doctor and diagnosed with a lower back and knee strain and returned to work with restrictions.
