## Narrative

Employee was working in Quarry trying to let down a 500lb ""Blow Bar"" which was on the ground sitting on the edge of a pallet when the ""Blow Bar"" started to tilt. Employee tried to steady the ""Blow Bar"" when it slipped off the pallet and pinned his Right Index Finger underneath crushing it. Employee sustained a fractured finger and several stitches.
