Narrative

The employee was reaching across the top of the miner to retrieve a box of glue when a rock came loose from the face striking the straps that were being stored on top of the miner. One of the straps struck the employee under his right arm. There were no cuts/contusions to the employee and the physician's diagnoses was a strained right shoulder.
