## Narrative

Employee was trying to get cable out of the hook. The operator of the miner was moving miner and watching whisker close to rib not aware employee was trying to get cable out of hook.  Employee's glove was caught in the Alpine hook and pulled his finger into it.  The cable had a lot of tension on it and mashed the tip of his left ring finger.
