## Narrative

A millwright was in a man basket, booming down, when the boom contacted the corner of the shovel bucket. The technician continued to use the boom down control until the boom slid off the shovel bucket at which time the basket dropped and then bounced back up suddenly. This action caused the technician to be jolted in the basket resulting in a fracture to his left ankle.
