Narrative

Employee was loading bundles of 8 foot roof bolts onto the rib roof bolter. As he was loading a bundle of roof bolts, a wire from the roof bolts became caught in his gloves. The bundle of roof bolts fell striking his hand. Fracture to the right hand.
