## Narrative

Employee was coupling railcars. Concrete slab near where employee was working had become wet due to rain. The employee stepped onto the concrete slab with his right foot. Employee's right foot slipped forward causing the employee's left knee to drive into the ground and contact the ballast rock around the railroad which caused a laceration to the left knee.
