## Narrative

EE was exiting the Copper Thickener underflow tunnel after taking a density reading of the thickener underflow. As the EE stepped off the stairs into the driveway he stepped on a hose causing his left ankle to roll. He was taken to a medical facility and diagnosed with a high ankle sprain and torn ligaments.
