Narrative

Employee is a front-end loader operator and operates the bucket with 2 fingers on one hand and uses the other hand on the stirring wheel and does this repeatedly all day long for several years. Per employee his hands have been bothering him for a while but has not got any medical treatment until 1-02-13. Employee is restricted, is still working.
