## Narrative

The miner was preparing to end shift due to a rain shower.  When the miner stepped off of a D7G dozer a slip/fall accident occurred.  Wet clay, rain and wet metal caused the miner to fall about 4ft. to the ground where he suffered a fracture to the left leg.
