## Narrative

Stated:  Employee was steering a 4 man ride being towed to bottom.  A pinner steel was lying on the ride.  As they turned a corner one end of the steel became lodged in something causing the other end to come around and strike the back of his head.  He worked until 1/18/13 when his doctor placed him on complete mental rest.
