Employee stepped off platform and did not see a 1"" X 16"" bolt. Employee slipped and fell striking his right arm and elbow on a junction box. Employee was transported to CAMC General and was given x-rays with negative results and released. Employee went back to CAMC General and was taken off work due to swelling. Severe contusion and strain.
