Injured finished building a wall, was preparing to mud the wall, the wall fell over a block came off striking his mine hat knocking it off. Felt something strike his head. PPE was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, mining equipment/system was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
