Narrative

Employee was putting dirt and dry grease into a small steel bucket that had an approx weight of 10 lbs. When lifting the bucket from the ladder with his right arm he felt a pull in his lower abdomen. He was evaluated on 1-22-13 and diagnosed with a hernia. He returned to work full duty.
