## Narrative

EE had just finished greasing his loader. He needed to use the rest room so he proceeded around the building to the port-a-john on the south side of the building. Left foot slid on patch of ice and he temporarily lost balance. He did not fall but felt some soreness in his lower left calf muscle soon after he slipped. (Note his shift started at 6 PM on the 17th)
