Narrative

Oversize chute form screensizer to oversize container was plugged. EE had inspection door at screensizer open while another group of ee opened doors on oversize container. Caused material to drop through chute which apparently created a chimney effect. Pushed hot gases & materials out screensizer inspection door. EE received burns to back of head
