Employee experienced a shift change in his hearing. Audio base line was set in 2000. He was tested on 01/21/13 and a shift was discovered in his right ear. On 1/28/13 he was retested and shift remained in right ear. He is scheduled to see an Audiologist and an ENT Specialist on 2/13/13 at 9:00 A.M. This is to determin occupational or non-work related.
