EE was examining the slope when he encountered an ice covered area as he moved over to get a handhold on the belt structure and lost his footing. Trying to catch himself when he fell his right arm went back and stuck ground catching his body weight and caused pain in right shoulder. He went to Orthopedic Doctor later and began missing Work on 01-31-2013 for rotator cuff repair.
