The injured was walking the right return on 5 North Mains when he started going thru the right regulator door, which was open approximately 3' wide. The strong air current caused him to lose his balance and he was thrown to the mine floor. He apparently hit his left forehead on the metal door frame of the regulator or the metal door, causing a laceration that required 9 sutures.
