Narrative

Injured was connecting J.R. plug to scoop battery. J.R. plug had a metal tag that was loose on the plug housing as he was tightening the plug into the battery, his finger contacted the metal tag cutting his right index finger. PPE was a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, mining equipment/system was not a factor, miner knowledge and proficiency was a factor.
