Narrative

Injured was rock dusting on the Unit #1 A-belt. As she was dragging the hose she stepped on a rock that measured about 12""x12""x3"" laying near the ribline and she felt a sting or burn on the top, left side of her left foot about half way between the ankle and her toes. She was wearing metatarsal rubber boots at the time of the incident.
